Responsibilities

  • Must be located in the Atlanta Metroplex
  • Achieve or exceed revenue and profitability goals each month from new business development 
  • Identify profitable opportunities and actively convert leads into closed won accounts 
  • Sell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects of various solutions 
  • Meet all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments and interviews as established by management 
  • Manage a pipeline, collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting 
  • Conduct on-boarding orientations with all new accounts 
  • Meet all goals established by management including: # of client visits, measurement meetings, cross-sells, referrals and Gross Profit Revenue goals 
  • Maintain contact with all practices within your territory to ensure client satisfaction 
  • Utilize company’s CRM to document customer communications 

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred 
  • Experience in healthcare sales preferred 
  • Able to define challenges, analyze problems, and develop and implement solutions in a creative and proactive manner 
  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
  • Able to multitask under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities independently 
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers and employees of the organization
